Why not pick up a book by Richard Wright, Ralph Ellison, Zora Neale Hurston or Toni Morrison? Celebrate diversity, learn something new about the Civil Rights Movement or the Emancipation Proclamation.
Even though February is a short month, we are making sure to fit as many events as we can into 28 days. Keep an eye out for updates and events on our website at greentoadbookstore.com. Here's what is happening on our calendar this month:

The students will attend sessions grouped by grade level (K-3rd and 4th-6th) held by volunteers from the Hartwick childhood education program. It will be both entertaining and informative for everybody. Ask at the shop for details and since space is limited, you'll want to be first to sign up your child.
