The Green Toad Bookstore

is toadally awesome!  Our staff is knowledgeable and crazy about books! A place where all the books are hand-picked by folks who love what they do. We encourage people to come while away their day exploring a vast collection of fabulous titles and leave refreshed and enlightened. Not to mention that, books are just one of the many items that we offer. We have greeting cards, handbags, candles, games, puzzles, jewelry, and other gift-giving (or gift-receiving) items. You'll just have to come see all the wonderful things we offer.

Oneonta, New York is home to Hartwick College, SUNY Oneonta, and the Oneonta Outlaws baseball team of the New York Collegiate Baseball League. A community infused with intelligent and passionate individuals, we take great pride in our city where culture abounds in its numerous art, music, and theater organizations.

The Green Toad Bookstore and Oneonta make a wonderful duo. They are where the love of the northeast and its beautiful seasons combine with a passion for literacy and appreciation of the arts.
